Privacy notice
This notice explains how Exceeding Technologies handles enquiry information and the technical data processed to deliver and protect this website.
Last updated 15 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
Exceeding Technologies is the trading name of Exceeding Technologies EOOD, a Bulgarian single-owner limited liability company, registered under UIC 207690207. It is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Its registered office address is on the legal notice page.
For any question about this notice or your data, write to info@exceedingtechnologies.com.
What we handle, and why
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, your email address, your company or organisation if you give one, the topic you choose and your message.
We use these details to reply to you and to assess whether we can help. The basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where an enquiry is about working with us, the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your details for marketing.
If you write to us by email instead, we handle your message in the same way.
Technical data
Like any website, this one is delivered by servers that process technical information about each request, such as the IP address, the browser and the page requested. This is needed to deliver the pages and to protect the service. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors or to work out who they are.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers.
Who processes it for us
A hosting provider delivers this website and processes the technical data described above on our behalf. A delivery service passes enquiry emails to us, under our instructions.
- Website hosting: AlphaVPS
- Enquiry delivery: our own mail server on the same hosting, which passes enquiries to our company mailbox hosted by Zoho Mail
Both providers process this data within the European Union: the hosting provider in Bulgaria, and the mailbox provider in its data centres in the EU.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. Where an enquiry leads to work for a client, or where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, those records are kept for the periods that apply to them instead. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Your rights
Under data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it or delete it;
- ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection, at cpdp.bg.
Changes to this notice
If the website changes in a way that affects your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
