Before you write
What does the free initial evaluation cover?
A conversation about your problem and a basic assessment of whether, and how, we could help. It is not a full audit, a technical design or a detailed quote for complex work. Those are paid, scoped pieces of work that we agree with you beforehand.
Do I need a specification or a budget first?
No. A description of the problem in your own words is the best starting point. If a budget or a deadline exists it helps to know, and neither is required.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. A first website for a local organisation is as welcome as a complex integration for an established business. The scope differs. The care does not.
Do you take on every project?
No. We take on work where we believe we can do a good job, and we tell you early if we are not the right fit.
Will my project involve AI?
Only if it helps. We use AI where it suits the problem and its results can be checked. Many problems are better solved with conventional software, and we will say so.
What happens to the information I send?
We use it to reply to you and to assess whether we can help. We do not add you to a mailing list. The privacy notice explains this in more detail.
